Work With Me
Personalised nutrition support to help you understand your body and feel nourished from the inside out
At Happily Nourished, nutrition support is not about restrictive dieting, quick fixes or generic meal plans.
It is about understanding what may be driving your symptoms, nourishing your body in a way that feels realistic, and creating a clear plan that supports your digestion, energy, hormones, mood and long-term wellbeing.
Whether you are experiencing bloating, fatigue, inflammation, hormonal changes, food confusion, or simply feel like your body is not responding the way it used to, I work with you to uncover what may be going on and guide you with practical, personalised support.
My approach combines current nutritional science, traditional food wisdom, functional testing where appropriate, and food-as-medicine strategies that fit into real life.
How you’ll feel…
More confident and clearheaded with increased energy and deeper sleep.
How Can I Help?
You may benefit from nutritional support if you are experiencing:
bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea or digestive discomfort
reflux, food sensitivities or uncertainty around what to eat
fatigue, low energy or poor recovery
inflammation, joint discomfort or immune stress
perimenopause or menopause-related changes
cravings, blood sugar swings or stubborn weight changes
poor sleep, stress, mood changes or brain fog
nutrient deficiencies such as low iron, B12, vitamin D or zinc
confusing pathology or functional test results
a sense that you are eating “healthy” but still not feeling well
Together, we look at the bigger picture — your symptoms, diet, health history, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medications, supplements and test results — so your plan is tailored to you.
My Approach
Food first, personalised and evidence-informed
I believe food is one of the most powerful tools we have to support health, but I also know that nutrition needs to be practical, sustainable and individual.
Your treatment plan may include:
personalised food and meal suggestions
digestive and gut health support
hormone and menopause nutrition support
blood sugar and metabolic health strategies
nutrient deficiency support
lifestyle, stress and sleep recommendations
functional pathology testing, where appropriate
practitioner-grade supplements, only where needed
clear education so you understand the “why” behind your plan
The goal is not to overwhelm you with a long list of changes. The goal is to give you clarity, direction and achievable steps that support meaningful progress.
Consultation Options & Fees
Initial Nutrition Consultation
TIME: 1-1.5HRS
$175
For new clients wanting personalised nutrition support and a clear starting point.
Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medications, supplements and health goals.
This appointment helps us identify possible drivers behind your symptoms and gives you a clear direction for your next steps.
Follow-Up Consultation
After the initial.
$90
Follow-up consultations allow us to check what is working, review any changes in symptoms, adjust your food or supplement plan, and continue building on your progress.
Results Review Consultation
$145
For clients who have test results and want to understand what they actually mean.
If you have blood tests, microbiome testing, DNA results, food sensitivity results, hormone testing or other functional pathology, it can be difficult to know what is important and what to do next.
A Results Review consultation helps translate your results into practical, personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Rather than looking at markers in isolation, we consider your results alongside your symptoms, diet, health history and goals.
Results Review may include:
general pathology review
iron, B12, vitamin D, thyroid and cholesterol markers
microbiome and gut health testing
food sensitivity testing
nutrigenomic/DNA reports
mineral testing
hormone-related results
supplement and nutrition recommendations based on findings
Best for:
Clients who want clarity, explanation and a practical plan based on their results.
Please note: Any recommended functional testing or supplements are additional to consultation fees. These will always be discussed with you first, so you can make an informed decision about what feels right for you.

Signature Areas of Support
Gut Clarity
For bloating, digestive discomfort, food confusion and gut health concerns.
Gut symptoms can be frustrating, especially when you are unsure what foods are triggering your symptoms or why your digestion feels unsettled.
Gut Clarity support may be helpful if you experience bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux, food reactions, IBS-type symptoms or ongoing digestive discomfort.
Together, we look at possible contributors such as food patterns, gut motility, inflammation, microbiome balance, stress, stomach acid, nutrient status and digestive function.
Where appropriate, we may also consider functional testing to better understand what is happening in your gut and guide a more targeted plan.
This may support:
bloating and gas
constipation or loose stools
gut repair and digestive comfort
microbiome support
food sensitivity guidance
reflux and upper digestive symptoms
post-antibiotic gut support
IBS-type symptoms
Menopause Reset
For women navigating perimenopause, menopause and midlife body changes.
Hormonal changes can affect much more than your cycle. Many women notice changes in weight, sleep, mood, cravings, energy, digestion, skin, inflammation and how their body responds to food and exercise.
Menopause Reset support is designed to help you understand what is changing in your body and how to nourish yourself through this stage of life.
We focus on practical nutrition strategies to support muscle, metabolism, blood sugar balance, gut health, inflammation, hormone metabolism and long-term wellbeing.
This is not about eating less and pushing harder. It is about supporting your body differently.
This may support:
menopause or perimenopause weight changes
hot flushes and sleep disruption
cravings and blood sugar changes
fatigue and low motivation
mood changes or irritability
muscle maintenance and recovery
gut health and hormone metabolism
skin, inflammation and healthy ageing
What to Expect
Before your appointment
You will be asked to complete a New Client Registration Form before your first consultation. This helps me understand your health history, current symptoms, goals, medications, supplements and any relevant test results.
You are welcome to email or bring recent pathology results, supplement lists or any previous testing you would like reviewed.
During your consultation
We will talk through your main concerns, your health history, your current diet and lifestyle, and what you would most like support with.
This is a supportive, non-judgemental space. You do not need to eat perfectly, have all the answers, or know exactly where to begin.
My role is to help you make sense of what is happening and guide you with realistic, personalised steps.
After your consultation
Depending on your appointment type, you may receive personalised recommendations, a treatment plan, food suggestions, supplement guidance or testing recommendations.
Follow-up support is encouraged so we can review your progress, adjust your plan and continue building on your results.
Functional Testing
Sometimes symptoms are clear, but sometimes we need more information.
Functional testing may be recommended when it could help us better understand what is contributing to your symptoms and make your plan more targeted.
Testing may include areas such as:
microbiome and gut health
intestinal permeability
food sensitivity
nutrient status
iron and B12 markers
thyroid health
inflammation markers
hormone-related patterns
DNA and nutrigenomic insights
mineral status
Testing is not always necessary, and it is not recommended for everyone. When it is suggested, I will explain why it may be useful and how it could guide your care.
Is This Right For You?

want a practitioner who looks at the bigger picture
This may not be the right fit if you are looking for a quick fix, a strict diet plan, or a one-size-fits-all approach.

FAQs
Do I need testing before I book?
No. You do not need testing before your first appointment. We can start with your symptoms, health history and current diet, then decide whether testing would be helpful.
Can you review my blood tests?
Yes. Recent blood test results can be reviewed as part of your consultation. I look at these alongside your symptoms, diet and health history.
Do you prescribe supplements?
Where appropriate, I may recommend practitioner-grade supplements. However, food and lifestyle foundations are always considered first.
Is this suitable if I am already seeing a GP or specialist?
Yes. Nutritional support can work alongside your existing medical care. I do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, but I can support your nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing alongside your healthcare team.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Consultations can be held online, making it easier to access support from home.
